Sidney C. Hardee

Chief Investment Officer

Sidney Hardee is the Managing Partner of Hardee Brothers, LLC and Global Investment Advisor for the Probabilities Fund, LLC. He has a broad base of experience in global investing, derivatives research, quantitative analysis, and portfolio management.

Sidney is a former Trading Manager at the Bank of NT Butterfield in Bermuda where he led their fixed income and derivatives trading initiatives. He began his career as a Market Analyst at Salomon Brothers focused on European Bond Markets. Later he joined Lehman Brothers in both New York and London as a Bond Trader. He was also a Vice President in both Credit Markets Trading and Global Rates Strategy groups at JPMorgan.

A Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Sidney is a member of the Alternative Investments committee and the Performance and Risk committee of the CFA Society of New York (CFANY). He is a former member of the United States Investment Performance Committee (USIPC) and current member of Global Promotions committee for the Global Investment Performance (GIPS). He is also a member of the Board of Advisory for the Master of Science Program in Financial Risk Management at the University of Connecticut School of Business. He holds a B.A in Economics and Mathematics from Yale University and holds a M.S in Applied Statistics from Columbia University.

Grace Huang

Chief Compliance Officer

Ms. Huang started her career as an investment consultant for three years where she expanded Asian markets for the firm.  She has also worked as an Overseas Correspondent for several well-known Chinese News Organizations and Financial Companies. Grace Huang joined Hardee Brothers as Chief Compliance Officer and Head of Marketing.  She is very knowledgeable in market and industry regulations.  She is a Registered Representative and has a Master's degree in Accounting from Seton Hall University.

Joe Childrey

Investment Advisory Committee Member

Mr. Childrey served private and institutional clients at AG Edwards/Wells Fargo for 15 years, starting his career at PaineWebber. An inventor, Mr. Childrey co-invented with Jon Jewitt a patented product in the consumer electronics industry that is marketed and sold worldwide. Mr. Childrey graduated from Western Maryland College with a BA in Sociology.

Jeffrey Hirsch

Investment Advisory Committee Member

Mr. Hirsch is CEO of Hirsch Holdings, editor-in-chief of the Stock Trader’s Almanac and Almanac Investor eNewsletter at www.stocktradersalmanac.com, and a Yahoo Finance contributor. He is the author of The Little Book of Stock Market Cycles (Wiley, 2012) and Super Boom: Why the Dow Will Hit 38,820 and How You Can Profit from It (Wiley, 2011). Mr. Hirsch is a 27-year Wall Street veteran; he took over from founder Yale Hirsch in 2001 and regularly appears on CNBC, Bloomberg, Fox Business, and many other financial media outlets.

Sergio Pedro

Senior Managing Director of the Cybersecurity Practice

Mr. Pedro serves as a Senior Managing Director of the Cybersecurity Practice for Hardee Brothers. Since being an original founding member of Pricewaterhouse’s first tiger team in 1993 he has focused for almost 30 years on ethical hacking, proactive security, and incident response consulting. He has also applied this knowledge as the CISO for Instinet which at the time was the world’s third largest stock exchange, was a Senior Director of professional services at start-up - Foundstone Security, later purchased by McAfee, he also oversaw technology as the CIO of a multibillion dollar global asset management concern, and was CEO of start-up - Lodestone Security where he built a profitable business for Beazley, a London based insurer. His focus has been to proactively secure his clients, by preparing them for and responding to cyber security incidents such as ransomware, and managing the regulatory risk frameworks governing businesses of all sizes like NIST CSF and ISO as well as specific controls surrounding HIPAA and the European GDPR requirements.

Mr. Pedro attended Marquette University and the Complutense University of Madrid, Spain.

Sydney O. Rodriguez

Senior Managing Director for the Financial Services Practice

Mr. Rodriguez is a Senior Managing Director for the Financial Services Practice. He is responsible for large-scale enterprise implementations and technology deployments and with over thirty years of management, consulting, and line-responsible experience, he oversees the organization’s program management office (PMO).  Prior to Hardee Brothers, Mr. Rodriguez founded BankerTek, a Capital Markets Consulting firm was a Director, in the Capital Markets Practice for PricewaterhouseCoopers, a Manager in BearingPoint's Capital Markets Practice, a Principal for Technology Solutions Company, Financial Services Practice, Vice President of Treasury Operations at the CIT Group and an Assistant Vice President, Institutional Money Market Trader at Dean Witter Reynolds.  Mr. Rodriguez holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics from Long Island University.
