Sidney Hardee is the Managing Partner of Hardee Brothers, LLC. He has a broad base of experience in global investing, derivatives research, quantitative analysis, and portfolio management. Additionally, he has over 10 years of project management experience as a Manager, Business Analyst and Technical Specialist spanning Financial, Trade Authorization, Banking, Transportation and Cybersecurity service areas.
Sidney is a former Trading Manager at the Bank of NT Butterfield in Bermuda where he led their fixed income and derivatives trading initiatives. He began his career as a Market Analyst at Salomon Brothers focused on European Bond Markets. Later he joined Lehman Brothers in both New York and London as a Bond Trader. He was also a Vice President in both Credit Markets Trading and Global Rates Strategy groups at JPMorgan.
A Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Sidney is a member of the Alternative Investments committee and the Performance and Risk committee of the CFA Society of New York (CFANY). He is a former member of the United States Investment Performance Committee (USIPC) and former member of Global Promotions committee for the Global Investment Performance (GIPS). He is also a former member of the Board of Advisory for the Master of Science Program in Financial Risk Management at the University of Connecticut School of Business. Sidney has also obtained the Project Management Professtional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
He holds a B.A in Economics and Mathematics from Yale University and holds a M.S in Applied Statistics from Columbia University.
Mr. Riches started his career as a lawyer and legal advisor for various Public- and Private-sector entities and is engaged with expanding our investment partnerships and cyber security joint ventures since joining our firm. He has also worked as an Operational Manager for several private business ventures both in New York and Northern England. John Riches joined Hardee Brothers as Chief Compliance Officer and Executive Operational Officer. He has extensive knowledge in both legal and regulatory compliance issues both domestically and globally. He has an LLB Law degree from Preston University of Central Lancashire, England, UK.
Mr. Pedro serves as a Senior Managing Director of the Information Technology and Cybersecurity Practice for Hardee Brothers. Since being an original founding member of Pricewaterhouse’s first tiger team in 1993 he has focused for almost 30 years on ethical hacking, proactive security, and incident response consulting. He has also applied this knowledge as the CISO for Instinet which at the time was the world’s third largest stock exchange, was a Senior Director of professional services at start-up - Foundstone Security, later purchased by McAfee, he also oversaw technology as the CIO of a multibillion dollar global asset management concern, and was CEO of start-up - Lodestone Security where he built a profitable business for Beazley, a London based insurer. His focus has been to proactively secure his clients, by preparing them for and responding to cyber security incidents such as ransomware, and managing the regulatory risk frameworks governing businesses of all sizes like NIST CSF and ISO as well as specific controls surrounding HIPAA and the European GDPR requirements.
Mr. Pedro attended Marquette University and the Complutense University of Madrid, Spain.
Natasha Rountree is a seasoned program and project management executive with more than 30 years of leadership experience delivering complex federal and private-sector initiatives. She specializes in project controls, program governance, strategic planning, acquisition, and business transformation, with a proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, manage multi-million- and multi-billion-dollar portfolios, and drive organizational performance.
As Managing Director at Hardee Brothers, Natasha leads enterprise program controls and transformation programs, integrating project planning, cost management, schedule performance, risk management, executive reporting, and stakeholder engagement to deliver strategic business outcomes. Her experience spans transportation, cybersecurity, procurement, disaster management, and enterprise operations, where she has consistently improved operational efficiency, strengthened governance, and enhanced organizational resilience.
Throughout her distinguished career with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), the U.S. Senate, the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of the Treasury, and various companies in the private sector, Natasha has led high-performing teams responsible for enterprise program delivery, acquisition strategy, financial oversight, risk mitigation, and cross-functional integration. Her expertise includes project scheduling, budget forecasting, earned value management principles, contract administration, executive dashboards, change management, and performance measurement—core disciplines essential to successful project controls within engineering and infrastructure organizations.
Natasha holds a Master of Arts in Procurement and Acquisitions from Webster University, a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Wilberforce University, and is a Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Procurement Manager (CPM), and FAC-C Level III certified acquisition professional. She is recognized as a collaborative leader who combines strategic vision with disciplined project execution to deliver complex programs safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.
